Ferme Boul'et Rouge
From Bonnezeaux vines but unable to bear that name (only sweet wines can), this is a seriously rich take on Chenin that will impress any fan of the variety. Intense aromas of brined lemon, quince jam and honey make up the opulent bouquet, while the palate delivers a dash of savoury complexity from the lees aging. Minimal intervention with SO2 only added at bottling. |O|
