Chablis

Jean Collet & Fils

The Collets have been producing wine in Chablis since 1792 but only started acquiring their own holdings in 1952. From several different plots around Chablis, this is showing an intensity and ripeness that is becoming more typical in the area. Ripe lemon and bruised apple with a hint of liquorice. Enjoyably taut and mineral on the finish.
