Chablis

This wine is made by a husband and wife team in a small winery in the north of the Chablis appellation. The grapes were grown on vines planted on gentle slopes of Kimmeridgian soils facing south-southwest, and the wine was made entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain purity and freshness. A pure and crisp style of Chablis, it holds flavors of zesty green fruit, bergamot, and gunflint.
