Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Just simply a great Chateauneuf. No oak is used, it is aged in concrete from 90 year old vines with 50% whole bunch for the fermentation, giving some good structure to the wine. The tannins are grippy but given time to breathe, they soften and allow the ripe, pure raspberry and black cherry fruit to shine with a herbal and spicy finish. |NC|
