From a single small parcel of vines just north of the town of Chateauneuf. Aged in 600L oak barrels for 11 months to add texture and enhance the natural flavour of the fruit. Ripe apricot marries harmoniuosly with rich buttery pastry. The creamy mouthfeel is complemented by a chalky minerality.
