This Condrieu is Lionel Faury's homage to his father who first planted viognier vines in 'La Berne'. Made largely in used oak to conserve a good purity of fruit, the palate is rich and silky with wonderful aromas of peach, bergamot, apricot, and violet, yet it retains good freshness with a light mineral edge.
