Cote de Flon

An homage to the Cote d'Or, whilst expressing the terroir of Flonheim, a small village in Germany's largest wine region. A blend of five different varieties, which have spent two years in oak, although this is elegantly integrated into the wine. Textural on the palate with a hint of salinity, the fruit is balanced nicely with some good acidity.  |nc|
