Cedric is one of the stars of the Cote des Bar. Viticulture is natural, yields are tiny, and the wine is bottle at 4.5 atmospheres meaning very delicate bubbles. No dosage but it's hard to tell due the super expressive, opulent style of red berries, plum and sweet petals with hints of sweet spice. |nc|
