Coteaux Bourguignons "Les Glapignys"

White Burgundy with a slight difference. One third of the wine is Pinot Blanc from a tiny plot in between a railroad and an airfield around Nuit-Saint-Georges. It is more aromatic with notes of honeysuckle upfront foloowed by some peach melba. On the palate you get a fresh and mineral attack before a honey and buttered toast richness comes through. This is a great lunchtime wine with some light salads or a cheese and charcuterie board, and good company of course.
