Cotes du Jura Pinot Noir

From the south of the Jura, the grapes for this wine are all destemmed and undergo a very gentle two week extraction before ageing for a year in stainless steel and oak barrels. The result is a fragrant and fresh, juicy wine with flavours of raspberries & cherries with a touch of spice and some ripe, slightly grippy tannins. |O|
