Mistral

Named after the local Northern wind ‘Mistral’, Domaine de Ferrand takes its name from its location in the cooler northern sector of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Vinified and aged in concrete tank, and without the addition of sulphur. It features generous black cherry, wild blackberry fruit, gentle tannins, and a long finish with hints of liquorice. The vineyards are treated using organic methods (no certification has been sought). |nc|
