Intense fresh black cherries, and blueberries with liquorice note. Fresh/energetic with fine grained tannins at the end. Medium bodied as Cotes du Rhone go! Give this a brief decant.
Based at the top/northern end of Southern Rhone, in Ventoux at 350m high. Partially destemmed. Fermented and aged in concrete for 6 months. Very low sulphur.
