Cotes-du-Rhone "Sierra du Sud"

Based at the top/northern end of Southern Rhone, in Ventoux at 350m altitude. Partially destemmed and fermented and aged in concrete for 6 months and with very low sulphur. Intense fresh black cherries and blueberries with a liquorice note. Fresh & energetic with fine grained tannins at the end. Medium bodied as Cotes du Rhone go! Give this a brief decant. |B|
