'Suze la Rousse' is situated not far from Rasteau. The wine itself is aged for eight months in concrete, before being aged for an additional year in stainless steel. A nice mouthfeel, with pleasant notes of smoky, earthy liquorice, as well as the textbook Rhone flavours of dark berry fruit. |nc|
