A richer style of Cremant with layers of apricot jam, quince and brioche. It's not sweet like this flavour profile might imply though, in fact it's really well balanced and quite sophisticated with a dry, mineral finish. It might be Champagne-priced but totally worth it - we thought it was absolutely delicious. |O|
