Crescendo

A classic Stellenbosch take on a Bordeaux blend. The grapes are handpicked and vinified with minimal intervention before being matured for 3 years in a selection of different oak barrels and concrete tank. Rich and unctuous with plenty of dark, plummy fruit. The generous amount of Cab Franc as well as the oak adds a delightful dry spice to the finish.
