Aged for 10 months in oak and then 6 years in the cellar. This is a really delicious blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with some richness but with a lovely, balanced acidity. Notes of red apple, white fleshy fruit and citrus peel with hints of toasted brioche and creaminess. 6g/L dosage. |nc|
