D.D.

'D.D.' is a homage to the three main red grape varieties of the Jura region of France. It's vinified without the use of sulphur, and is stored in above-ground Amphora for three months, which gives the wine a wonderful freshness. Illusive flavours of sour cherry await, with a surprisingly pleasing note of mushroom hiding in the background. |O|B|
