A classicaly-styled orange wine that rewards patience; this is definitely one to decant, as experiencing the way it develops is a huge part of the appeal. Expect indulgent aromatics ranging from juicy apricot to rich toffee, and a remarkable tannic texture that's almost reminsicent of Nebbiolo. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulphur.
