Dinavolino Bianco

A project from Guilio Armani, winemaker at La Stoppa.  The grapes are sourced from an old organic vineyard in the hills of Piacenza and macerated for four months on the skins, giving the wine a rich, golden colour.  This is unfiltered natural wine, oozing with aromas of ginger, stewed apples and top notes of tropical fruit.  |O||B|
