Doi Raps

Named 'two bunches' because the two best bunches of grapes from each vine are hand-picked on the last day of harvest, when the grapes have achieved an intense level of ripeness. This shines throughout. The nose is rich with dried apricot and candied citrus peel and the palate has delightful weight with a long finish of tangy spice.  Aged only in steel to give real poise and freshness.
