A dip into the Blouge style of wines, with red and white grapes Monastrell & Parellada co-fermented with gentle extraction to preserve the delicate fruit flavours and bottled unfiltered and unfined. This is a bright fruit filled wine bursting with blackberry and red plums but it is not approaching anything jammy in style, with freshness at its core. Good fun slightly chilled. |O, V|
