Made from Jacquère, a variety not oft seen outside of Savoie. A refreshing alpine acidity, with fermentation taking place in cement tanks and eggs, helping to retain the purity of fruit, followed by aging in old oak. Crisp green apple and pear, with a light, fresh finish. Ideal for aperitif, apres-ski, or sunny days in the garden. Minimal addition of SO2.|O||B|
