Estate Pinot Noir

From a standout vintage, perhaps the best the estate has seen, this is their lighter and more apporachable blend of their 5 (cool) single sites. This is 100% whole bunch fermented in concrete and then aged for 9 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels, ie no new oak. Floral and herbal, such as rose, rosemary and tea leaves; lots of cherries and blueberry, lifted by bright acids at the end.
