Excelsior

The Excelsior showcases the pinnacle of Muscadet. Its fruit is grown in the communal cru known as Goulaine, boasting perfect conditions for crafting mineral driven whites. Fermentation is spontaneous, and is matured for 24 months on its lees, the first 12 in glass lined vats and concrete tanks, and the 2^nd in wooden tuns, offering a very Grand-Cru-Chablis’esq experience, style and structure, an ethereal and textural palate and a pure, saline finish. A wine for long term ageing, 10-15 years.
