A fresh glow of soft red fruit meets the nose, bright raspberry in colour and gentle tannins from the very short two day maceration. The aim is low extraction, to bring a fresh, easy drinking Cab Franc with lightly perfumed berry fruit. Not a classic Chinon style, and minimal SO2.
