Flower and the Bee

A textbook example of Treixadura from this relatively moderate patch of north-west Spain, and a very long time favourite of Bottle Apostle customers. Ripe, white fruit, complexity quickly building to a creamy, broad palate of fresh pomelo and hinting at cool, yellow citrus. A slight but intentional feeling of grip through the finish. Biodynamic principles followed in the vineyards. |nc|
