An aromatic blend of six varieties, with the Scheurebe and Huxelrebe spending a week and a half on the skins, resulting in a subtly textured white. Named 'Freiheit' (freedom in German) due to the minimal intervention in the wine making process. Gently spiced, reminiscent of a German Christmas Market, rich apple and dried apricot. Despite all this, it's super fresh on the finish. |O||B|
