'Fundamental' Cabernet Sauvignon

With this pungeant Californian Cabernet, you can expect notes of baked cherries and sherried fruit on the nose. The red fruits can also be found on the palate, which has well intergrated tannins. Subtle flavours of violet and baking spice eventually present themselves, with only the merest suggestion of green bell pepper on the finish.
