Typical floral Gewurztraminer notes, and a creamy, subtle, honeyed off-dry style. Not a particularly spicy example, but fresh, quite lifted, with delicate rose petal and lychee notes, and savoury, peppery hints through the long finish. Although some weedkillers are used, every other aspect of the farming is biodynamic.
