El Val is one of the coolest sites in the village of Valtuille, with the grapes ripening 20 days later than those on the slopes opposite. Aromas of perfectly ripe peach, with a real purity and minerality and a gentle creamy texture from the year it has spent in barrel. Tiny production and rather special.
