Matured in French and American oak for 30 months, this wine spent another 15 years ageing in bottle at the winery until the complex flavours were judged developed enough for maximum enjoyment. This wine shows a glorious medley of fruit and spice - figs, plums, and blackberry are joined with tobacco, cedar, and nutmeg.
