Lahaye converted to biodynamics in late 2000s and he believes it has resulted in riper grapes which retain their acidity and allow pure fruit character to shine through. This cuvée is based on 2015 with 45% coming from reserve wines. Notes of red berries, grapefruit and ripe apple with touches of toast and pastry. Zero dosage. |B|
