Jaen, a grape variety also known as Mencia, fermented in stainless steel to retain its wonderous ripe fruit flavour. A brooding nose of bramble, red apple, black cherry and a menthol touch over an earthy backdrop showing immense complexity. The palate is textural and rich, soft tannins balanced by wild fruit and roasted herbal notes with a mineral finish leaving you wanting more.
