Made from a rare indigenous variety planted at high elevation, this is sure to impress with its remarkable freshness and texture. The initial aromas are intensely savoury and mineral, but some time in the glass or a decanter will reveal a wonderful bouqeut of sour cherry, cranberry and strawberry. Give it a go if you're a fan of lighter Nebbiolo or Etna Rosso.
