Made by two cousins in the village of Oger, La Reserve is emblematic of the restrained, pure, chalky, and saline style of Blanc de Blancs. Wanting to represent the Côte de Blancs, the fruit was harvested from Oger, Avize, and Mesnil to provide an intense chalky and saline aspect in the forefront whilst showing some yellow citrus in the background.
