Bruno Lafon left his family domaine in Burgundy to explore the potential of Pinot Noir in the Languedoc. It's warmer in this part of the world, so wines here are riper and fruitier. The palate is light to medium bodied, with enticing flavours of black raspberry, strawberry, and just a hint of thyme. Really enjoyable Pinot Noir.
