It's somewhat unheard of to produce single-vineyard bottlings in the Arbois region, but that doesn't stop Stephane Tissot! Vines here were planted between 1938-1973 on a very mineral terroir, and this minerality is definitely noticeable in the resulting wine, alongside flavours of gingerbread, toasted almonds, and a hint of baking spice on the finish. |O|B|
