Les Couarres is a single vineyard of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on clay soils which brings a fleshy, round character to the wine. It has a concentrated fruit core of ripe apple, pear, peach, citrus peel and blossom, which is supported by lively minerality, and laser-sharp acidity. Really polished and well made. Dosage 5g/L.
