A very expressive wine with loads of flavours including blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper, black olive and liquorice. Dark in colour, but still very fresh, thanks to Chateau Coupe-Roses' perfect location. The grapes are planted at the highest altitude (200-350m) in Minervois, where cool nights and moderate temperatures allow grapes to ripen slowly and beautifully. |O|V|
