Since taking over from her father in 2016, Lydie Boillot still observes the winery's historic winemaking by vinifying 100% whole bunch with weekly lees stirring, although now using 350L oak barrels (25% new). A very attractive style of Meursault, Boillot offers very good freshness and purity.
