Minervois La Liviniere

A step up from the Estibals, the fruit from this cuvee is grown in the village of La Liviniere which yields the best Syrah and Carignan grapes in the southwest of France. This wine is full, has velvety tannins and multiple layers of rich flavours. Blackberry, cassis, blueberry, savoury black olive, black pepper, and a lovely light toasted note from a 12 month maturation in French oak.
