Despite being a 'pet nat', this wine is disgorged leaving it clear without any sediment remaining. Made organically from old vines, it spends 28 months aging on the lees and has impressive concentration. Golden apple, honey, citrus peel, pastry and cinnamon notes make this an appealing alternative to Champagne. Dry with a chalky finish and delicate bubbles. |O|V|
