Muscadet Monnieres-Saint Fiacre

As a named cru of Muscadet, the Monnieres-Saint Fiacre must spend 2 years ageing on the lees, which gives the wine depth and rounds off all the edges. It's set between the Sevre and Maine rivers, just before they meet, so these wines show a minerality and salinity, with beautiful balance and length.  After tasting it at the winery, we just had to get it in. |O|
