Winemaker Aimilios found 100-year-old ungrafted Muscat vines while searching for other varieties, creating an exceptionally high quality and far from typical expression of the variety. This is an incredibly mineral wine loaded with salinity, chalkiness and delicate aromatics of white peach and blossom, and the length and intensity are just superb. Really unique and special.
