Teresa's family winery uses Talhas, large clay pot fermenters, some of which are hundreds of years old, as per tradition that may date back to Roman times.  A field blend of local grape varieties gives a beautifully perfumed nose, then the palate is smooth and silky with pure dark fruit.  Minimal SO2 added, just at bottling. |nc|
