Relatively light for a Negroamaro, a variety known for its colour and 'amaro' finish. Fresh, easy, almost supple on the palate, with dark currants and even a slight hint of coffee essence adding interest to the length - possibly from the three months in oak. Very accessible, food friendly.|O|
