Off The Grid Riesling

Minimal intervention winemaking that highlights the volcanic soils of Oregon, the Off The Grid Riesling is a tetured, modern style of the German classic. Whole bunch, carbonic maceration followed by a touch of skin contact in concrete egg, combined with a warmer climate results in a wine bursting with exotic guava, clementine and white flower, delicate tannins and a smokey, flinty minerality that lingers long after the last sip.
