Patchwork Bugey Chardonnay

A skillfully made natural wine using organic methods in the vineyard and keeping sulfites to an absolute minimum in the winery to protect the wine. Vinified with a hands off approach using whole bunches of Chardonnay, the wine is then left to mature in a mix of stainless steel and used French oak. Preserved lemon and zesty grapefruit, with a slight natty yeasty edge. |O|
