'Patchwork' Chardonnay

As the name suggests, 'Patchwork' is comprised of fruit sourced from five different plots, where the average age of the vines is 25 years old. This wine is vinifed entirely in oak, about 10% of which is new. There's some smokiness to the nose, and the palate has textbook notes of zingy citrus, alongside flavours that bring hazelnut tarts to mind... |O|B|
