Matthias farms 13ha biodynamically specialsing in beautifully complex and concentrated natural wines made from Riesling and Gruner Veltliner. The Pet Nat is fermented with indigenous yeasts and is partially aged in large, old oak. It has a bright, expressive nose with notes of yellow apple, grapefruit and gentle spice.
